The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the securities of companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) domiciled in Canada and the United States equity income securities with the objective of providing shareholders with high dividends, as well as capital growth over the longer term. Middlefield Limited is the Company's investment manager. Middlefield International Limited serves as the investment advisor to the Company.
