The PowerShares S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility UCITS ETF aims to provide investors with investment results which, before expenses, correspond to the price and yield performance of the S&P 500® Low Volatility High Dividend Net Total Return Index (a dual-factor index) in US dollar terms by holding, as far as practicable, all of the Index’s constituents in their respective weighting. The index constituent universe is reviewed twice a year in January and July.

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. High Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of companies with high dividend yields selected from the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Index. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
