CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc is a closed-ended investment company. The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with dividend income combined with capital growth, mainly through investment in equities listed or quoted in Japan. The Company may also invest in exchange traded funds in order to gain exposure to such equities. Investment in exchange traded funds shall be limited up to 20% of gross assets at the time of investment. The Company may also invest in listed Japanese real estate investment trusts (J-REITs). The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of investments, which include real estate, services, information and communications, banks, electrical applications, construction, transport, foods, rubber products and retail trade sectors.
