The Fund seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the Indxx Blockchain Index (the Index). In order to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of this Fund is to invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities (or corresponding American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs)) within the Index or in ADRs, GDRs or other depositary receipts representing securities in the Index where direct investment in a constituent security of the Index is not practicable or possible.
