The Company is a holding company of Northern Powergrid (Northeast) Limited (Northern Powergrid), Integrated Utility Services Limited (IUS) and Northern Powergrid Metering Limited (Northern Powergrid Metering). Northern Powergrid is a distribution network operator that distributes electricity at voltages of approximately 130 kilovolts. IUS provides engineering contracting services. Northern Powergrid Metering is engaged in renting meters to energy suppliers.
