The investment objectives of the Exemplar Investment Grade Fund are to generate income and capital preservation by investing in a diversified portfolio of primarily North American investment grade corporate bonds. Unitholder approval (given by a majority of votes cast at a meeting of unitholders) is required prior to a change of investment objectives.
