The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the MSCI USA Banks 20/35 Capped Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is based on the MSCI USA Index (its “Parent Index”), and comprises those companies included in the Parent Index that are classified as members of the GICS® industry group Banks.
