The Company operates through five business divisions: Netherlands Commercial, Belgium Commercial, Hazardous Waste, Monostreams and Municipal. The Netherlands Commercial division is engaged in collecting, sorting, treating and recycling commercial and household waste in the Netherlands. The Belgium Commercial division is engaged in collecting, sorting, treating and recycling commercial and household waste in Belgium. The Hazardous Waste division is engaged in treating soil, water and packed chemical waste and conducting specialist industrial cleaning services, and waste logistics. The Monostreams division is engaged in managing a range of waste streams, which focuses on end markets, such as glass, electronic goods, organics and minerals. The Municipal division is engaged in operating long-term waste management contracts with local authorities in the United Kingdom and Canada.
