RQFI
db x-trackers Harvest CSI300 Index UCITS ETF
RQFI Description
The aim is for the investment to reflect the performance of the CSI300 Index (Index) which reflects the performance of shares of 300 companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (A shares). The companies are selected on the basis that they have the largest combined value of readily available shares as compared to other companies on the stock exchanges. The investment manager of the Fund, Harvest Global Investments Limited (Investment Manager), has been granted a licence as a "Renminbi qualified foreign institutional investor" (RQFII) by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The Index is calculated on a price return basis, which means that the level of the Index does not include any dividends and distributions made by the companies. The Fund will attempt to replicate the Index by buying all (or, on an exceptional basis, a substantial number of) the shares in the Index in the same proportion as they have in the Index.

CASH Description
The ETFS-E Fund MSCI CHINA A GO UCITS ETF (the ETF) is designed to provide exposure to the A-share equity markets in China by tracking the performance of the MSCI China A Index. The ETF aims to replicate the MSCI China A Index by physically investing in A-shares which are specialised shares of companies incorporated in mainland China, denominated in Renminbi (RMB) and traded on the Shenzhen and/or Shanghai stock exchanges. Investment directly in A-shares is typically restricted to domestic investors but is permitted by certain categories of qualified foreign institutional investors through the QFII and RQFII programmes. E Fund Management (Hong Kong) Co. , Limited has been appointed as the Sub-Investment Manager to the ETF and the ETF will rely on the Sub-Investment Manager's status as a RQFII and the foreign investment quota which has been granted to it by the Chinese authorities for the exclusive use of the ETF.Grade (RS Rating)
