The Company consists of six divisions, including Construction & Infrastructure, Fit Out, Property Services, Partnership Housing, Urban Regeneration and Investments. Construction & Infrastructure division offers design, construction and infrastructure services working on projects of various sizes for markets, such as commercial, defense and water. Fit Out division specializes in fit out and refurbishment projects. Property Services includes maintenance activities offering facilities management and repairs to social housing providers and public buildings. Partnership Housing business specializes in delivery of mixed-tenure regeneration housing partnership schemes, design and build house contracting. Urban Regeneration division creates commercial, residential and public realm facilities. Investments division covers a range of markets, including healthcare and social care, student accommodation, and infrastructure.
