The Company has interests in approximately three licenses covering over four blocks offshore Namibia. The Company's subsidiaries include Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Mauritania) Limited, Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Morocco) Limited, Chariot Brasil Petroleo e Gas Ltda and Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Morocco) Limited.
