The Company operates through Investment return segment. The Company focuses to target opportunities in undervalued or pre-commercialization technologies. It may invest by way of purchasing shares in both quoted and unquoted companies, or by the acquisition of assets, (including intellectual property), of a relevant business, or by entering into partnerships or joint venture arrangements. Adams holds approximately four investments all of which are quoted on alternative investment market (AIM). The AIM listed investments held by the Company include GVC Holdings PLC, which is an online gaming and sports betting company; Oxford Pharmascience Group Plc, which is a drug development company; Imagination Technologies Group Plc, which is a technology company, and Communisis Plc, which is a processor technology company.
