The Company is engaged in mining, processing, exploration and related activities. Its Tanzanian-based assets include New Luika Gold Mine, Singida, Songea and Lupa Goldfield exploration. Its New Luika Gold Mine is located in Chunya administrative district, Mbeya region in the Lupa Goldfield of south west Tanzania. Its Singida property is located in Ikungi Administrative District, Singida Region, central Tanzania. It has over three prospecting licenses covering approximately 90 square kilometers and over three mining licenses covering approximately 30 square kilometers. Its Songea property is located in Mbinga and Songea administrative districts in the Ruvuma region of southern Tanzania. It has over three prospecting licenses covering approximately 60 square kilometers. It holds over 1,300 square kilometers of prospective exploration ground in the Lupa Goldfield.
