The fund is an exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the FTSE UK Dividend+ Index as closely as possible. The ETF invests in physical index securities. The FTSE UK Dividend+ Index offers exposure to the 50 highest yielding UK stocks within the universe of the FTSE 350 Index, excluding investment trusts. Stocks are selected and weighted by one-year forecast dividend yield. iShares ETFs are funds managed by BlackRock.
