The Company has presence in the United States. The Company holds interest in the Holiday Block. The Company, through Red Leaf Resources Inc (Red Leaf), is engaged in the EcoShale In-Capsule Process, a technology to extract oil from its leases. The Company focuses on building and operating the EcoShale plant on its Holiday Block lease in Utah. The Green River Formation occurs in North East (NE) Utah, North West (NW) Colorado and South West (SW) Wyoming, the United States.
