Shearwater Group Plc, formerly Aurum Mining Plc, is a mining company with a portfolio of gold and tungsten exploration projects in North West Spain. It holds approximately 20% carried interest in the Morille tungsten project. The Morille Tungsten project is located approximately 15 kilometers southwest of Salamanca in North West Spain and covers an area of approximately 5,800 hectares. It has approximately 57% interest in over two permit areas in the zamora province (Pino) and approximately 51% interest in over two permit areas in the salamanca province (Cabeza and Peralonso). Its gold projects are held through a joint arrangement with Ormonde Mining plc (Ormonde). It focuses on the El Facho structure, which falls within the Pino permit area. It is undertaking work, which is focusing on expanding the potential resource on the Pino permit area through the identification of additional mineralized structures near to El Facho. Its activities are carried out in Spain and the United Kingdom.
