Regional REIT Limited (Regional REIT) is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates through four segments: Industrial, Office, Retail and Residential. The Company's commercial property portfolio is in the United Kingdom and comprises offices and industrial units located in the regional centers of the United Kingdom outside of the M25 motorway. The portfolio is diversified with over 120 properties, in excess of approximately 710 units and over 530 tenants. Regional REIT also invests in property portfolios, in which approximately 50% of the properties are situated inside the M25 motorway. London & Scottish Investments Limited (LSI) acts as the Asset Manager and Toscafund Asset Management LLP (Toscafund) acts as the Investment Manager of the Company.
