Oakley Capital Investments Limited is a closed-ended investment company. (Fund I), and Oakley Capital Private Equity II-A L.P., which together with Oakley Capital Private Equity II-B L.P., Oakley Capital Private Equity II-C L.P. and OCPE II Master L.P. comprise Oakley Capital Private Equity Fund II (Fund II). The Company invests in Fund II through Oakley Capital Private Equity II-A L.P. The Company also has investments in the United States. The Company's advisor is Oakley Capital (Bermuda) Limited (the Manager), whose investment advisor in relation to the Company is Oakley Capital Limited (the Investment Advisor).
