GPE's properties have tenants from various industry sectors, such as retailers and leisure, technology, media and telecoms, professional services, banking and finance, corporate and Government. The Company has approximately 70 properties in over 40 sites with a total area of approximately 3.6 million square feet. GPE's properties include Mount Royal, 35 Portman Square, Orchard Court, Walmar House, Wigmore Street Island Site and 33 Margaret Street, 6 Brook Street, Hanover Square Estate, Pollen House, Carrington House, Kingsland House, The Piccadilly Buildings, 12/14 New Fetter Lane, 240 Blackfriars Road, City Place House, City Tower, Minerva House, New City Court in City, 24/25 Britton Street, Mount Royal, 508/540 Oxford Street, 31/34 Alfred Place, 122/124 Regent Street and Rathbone Square.
