The Company's subsidiaries include Gem Diamond Technical Services (Proprietary) Limited, Gem Equity Group Limited, Letseng Diamonds (Proprietary) Limited, Gem Diamonds Botswana (Proprietary) Limited, BDI Mining Corp, Gem Diamonds Australia Holdings and Gem Diamonds Investments Limited.
