Chesnara plc is a holding company, which is engaged in the management of life and pension books of business in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. The Company's segments include CA, S&P, Movestic, The Waard Group and Other Group Activities. The CA segment is a part of it's the United Kingdom life insurance and pensions run-off portfolio and consists of the business of Countrywide Assured plc. The Waard Group segment represents its Dutch life and general insurance business.
