The Company offers investors the opportunity to access a diversified portfolio of the United Kingdom commercial real estate through a closed-ended fund. Its portfolio comprises properties predominantly let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the United Kingdom and is characterized by smaller lot sizes. The Company's property portfolio includes industrial, office, retail and other. The Company's portfolio covers a range of sectors, including leisure, car showroom, trade counter and day nurseries. Its tenants include JTF Wholesale, Teleperformance, Restore, Superdrug, Portola Packaging, Royal Mail, Revlon International, Amco Services, Massmould, Hellermann Tyton, DX Network Services, Sherwin Williams, Unilin Distribution, Brenntag, Sytner, Elma Electronics, Constantine, Wickes, Staples, Poundland, Laura Ashley, Tesco, Specsavers, Reiss, Waterstones, WH Smith and Dorothy Perkins.
